Senior Consultant and Manager - Payments Specialist (Financial Sector)

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation for major financial and retail clients through innovative payment solutions.
• Provide expertise across five key pillars: Digital Payments, Modernization/Re-platforming, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Cash Management, and Retailer UX/Orchestration.
• Support large-scale transformation programs, including Target Operating Model definition and Payment Factory modernization.
• Advise on emerging technologies such as Digital Assets, Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC), Agentic AI, and Digital Identity Wallets.
• Ensure client compliance with evolving regulations including DSP3/PSR, FIDA, and DORA.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the payments industry.
• Deep technical expertise in Monétique (card payments), SEPA flows, or Cash Management.
• Proficiency in English to support clients in an international context.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to deliver clear, high-quality written communications.
• A proactive, curious, and versatile mindset with a strong appetite for technological and regulatory innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Payment Orchestration Platforms or Payment Service Providers (PSP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity resilience and fraud prevention standards (PCI/DSS).
• Familiarity with digital identity and authentication technologies (FIDO, Passkeys).
