Senior Consultant - AI Systems & Platforms

Responsibilities

• Design, build, evaluate, and deploy production-grade AI systems and LLM-powered applications for enterprise clients.
• Contribute to AI solution architecture, including cloud service selection, data integration patterns, and deployment approaches.
• Own implementation workstreams from design through delivery, including coding, testing, and client handoff.
• Build AI-enabled systems using RAG, agentic workflows, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources, cloud-native services, and existing client technology ecosystems.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI accuracy, groundedness, relevance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Responsible AI specialists to ensure privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
• Mentor peers and clients on AI engineering practices and modern development tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing and building data, AI, software, or machine learning solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with statistical and data mining packages (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciKit-Learn).
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embedding models, and LLM application patterns like RAG and agentic workflows.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, data pipelines, and cloud services.
• Strong consultative and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical depth in major data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience building agentic workflows or AI-enabled business process automation.
• Background in consulting, technical pre-sales, or solution shaping.
