Senior Consultant - Agentic AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for domain-specific use cases
• Develop Agentic AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous decision-making
• Integrate LLMs with structured and unstructured data sources using vector databases and SQL
• Utilize LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate complex workflows and multi-agent systems
• Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and evaluate LLM performance for accuracy and latency
• Create scalable data pipelines and APIs using Python-based frameworks
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including observability, testing, and governance

Requirements

• 4–10 years of overall experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI or NLP-based systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL
• Hands-on expertise with LangChain and LangGraph
• Deep understanding of LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and RAG architectures
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
