Senior Consultant Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Lead payer technology initiatives by driving client transformations and setting meaningful digital strategies.
• Develop high-impact digital-business strategies from vision to measurement using proven consulting frameworks.
• Drive strategic digital product leadership using human-centered design and product frameworks to create innovative services.
• Translate product strategy into execution by supporting the Agile product development lifecycle and maintaining dynamic roadmaps.
• Apply a product management mindset to AI-enabled development, contributing to the design and application of AI models and agentic workflows.
• Manage client engagements, build strong relationships, and deliver impactful presentations to executive stakeholders.
• Support and coach junior team members to enhance overall team performance and professional development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital consulting with a track record of delivering digital products or transformations.
• 5+ years of experience leveraging digital strategy consulting frameworks (e.g., design thinking, human-centered design, or service design).
• 5+ years of engagement management experience, including managing client expectations and business outcomes.
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare sector, specifically with payers and/or providers.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with product management software such as Aha! or Rally.
• Experience with Agile team tooling including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using structured prioritization methods like MoSCoW or WSJF.
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot.
• Agile certifications such as PO/PM or SAFe Agilist.
