Senior Consultant - Adoption Services

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to uncover business requirements, revenue process gaps, and workflow opportunities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, bringing revenue domain expertise and AI workflow knowledge
• Translate forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching practices into scalable platform strategies
• Develop enterprise-grade deliverables including strategic roadmaps, process maps, and executive presentations
• Partner with customers to define business outcomes and align Gong capabilities to maximize impact
• Help customers operationalize AI-powered workflows across forecasting, coaching, and prospecting
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Technical Architects, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Consult on change management, governance, and adoption strategies
• Manage engagements regarding scope and timelines while identifying and escalating risks
• Contribute to practice development by refining methodologies and consultative playbooks

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a go-to-market organization or consulting environment
• Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, sales engagement, or revenue operations
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of core revenue workflows
• Experience producing polished enterprise-grade deliverables
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
• Willingness to travel across EMEA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Gong, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
• Experience with AI workflow operationalization or prompt engineering
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Basic understanding of CRM integrations, SSO, APIs, or workflow automation
