Senior Consultant - Accounting, Compliance & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages under LuxGAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Coordinate regulatory, statutory, and ad-hoc reporting, including BCL, CSSF, and VAT returns.
• Oversee fund accounting and controlling activities, such as NAV oversight, liquidity monitoring, and fee calculations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise and guide junior team members through coaching and performance reviews.
• Support engagement management, including workflow planning and timely delivery of client requests.
• Contribute to process optimization and the digitalization of reporting activities.

Requirements

• University degree (minimum Bachelor / BAC+3) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, fund accounting, or audit.
• Solid knowledge of LuxGAAP; familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP is an asset.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial systems to streamline accounting processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills within an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accounting or reporting tools such as Exact Online, Yardi, Navision, or Silverfin.
• Exposure to capital activity, investor reporting, or regulatory filings.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French, German, or other European languages is a strong asset.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) or progress toward one.
