Senior Construction Supervisor (Piping)

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to EPC contractors and subcontractors on completion deliverables and implementation.
• Support systemization activities, including the definition of systems and subsystems.
• Review completion and turnover deliverables issued by EPC contractors.
• Verify mechanical completion certificates and readiness for RFSU certificates issuance.
• Monitor contractor mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities on a daily basis.
• Utilize Completion Management Systems for tracking, reporting, and database population.
• Participate in system walkdowns, final acceptance inspections, and punch item management (Category A/B/C).
• Ensure all installations are complete and compliant with project requirements and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Commissioning, and Operations teams to ensure successful project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics) from an accredited university.
• 15 years of relevant experience in completion/turnover within commissioning or operation readiness environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position specifically within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Strong working knowledge of systemization, P&IDs, and completion processes.
• Familiarity with international standards including API, ASME, and IEC.
• Proficiency in using Completion Management Systems and reporting applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the GCC region.
• Experience with sour gas, utilities, power steam and generation, or air separation projects.
• Experience managing large database populations for completion data.
