Senior Construction Supervisor - Concrete Works

Responsibilities

• Instruct the project team on daily work and planning
• Monitor subcontractor performance and delivery
• Assess design feasibility in collaboration with the chief supervisor and work preparers
• Coordinate with clients and various disciplines including technical managers and ecologists
• Manage project progress and control costs
• Organize equipment and materials for the construction site
• Maintain a positive and safe atmosphere on the construction site

Requirements

• MBO or HBO level education, preferably in civil engineering
• Several years of experience as a supervisor in civil infrastructure
• Experience with civil structures such as bridges, viaducts, or concrete works
• Ability to work independently and mentor less experienced colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented skills
