Senior Construction Supervisor (Concrete Works)

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct the project team daily regarding work tasks and planning
• Supervise specialists, subcontractors, and machinery operators on-site
• Collaborate with head supervisors, planners, and technical managers to assess design feasibility
• Monitor project progress, manage costs, and implement smart working methods
• Ensure all materials and equipment are delivered to the site at the correct time
• Maintain a positive and safe working atmosphere on the construction site

Requirements

• Mbo or Hbo level education, preferably in civil engineering
• Multiple years of experience as a supervisor in civil infrastructure
• Proven experience with concrete structures such as bridges, viaducts, or underpasses
• Ability to work independently on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and diverse colleagues
• Experience in mentoring and guiding less experienced team members
