Senior Construction Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee field execution for gas pipeline and compression projects within the West MPLX Construction and Contract Inspection teams.
• Manage a portfolio of projects from conception to start-up following the Marathon Project Management Process (MPMP).
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and schedule parameters in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, technicians, and vendors to complete project planning, design, and execution.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to develop contracting plans, prepare bid requests, and evaluate bids.
• Maintain accurate project documentation to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced professional or specialist personnel.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) years of related experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year Engineering Technology degree.
