About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for hyperscale data center initiatives
  • Collaborate with development, construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs
  • Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning
  • Lead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Generate schedule reports and support project controls team with analytics and forecast updates
  • Coordinate scope alignment with trades and internal and external teams
  • Provide recovery plans and corrective action guidance when delays or risks are identified
  • Track schedule deliverables, dependencies, and facilitate schedule review meetings
  • Support reporting requirements for leadership, clients, and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project on large-scale construction projects
  • Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with float management, critical path method (CPM), and sequencing logic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as PMP, PSP (AACE), or CMMA
