Senior Construction Project Manager/Design Review - Aviation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary design reviews across architecture, civil, structural, MEP, systems, and specialty disciplines
• Establish design review strategy, workflows, and quality standards
• Ensure design packages meet regulatory, code, and client standards including FAA and airport authority requirements
• Coordinate design consultants and engineering teams to resolve technical conflicts
• Lead constructability reviews to ensure efficient and safe construction
• Manage design review schedules, deliverables, and critical milestones
• Oversee QA/QC processes for all design submissions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for design review communications with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in design management, project management, or engineering for major capital programs
• Strong background in aviation, transportation, or large infrastructure projects
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design reviews
• Deep understanding of design standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
• Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining a U.S. Public Trust security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with airport authorities, FAA programs, or federal infrastructure
• Background in design-build, CMAR, or progressive design-build environments
• Familiarity with digital design review platforms such as Bluebeam, Kahua, or BIM 360
• Professional licensure (PE, RA) or certifications (PMP, CCM)
