Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance from design through closeout
• Manage estimating, scheduling, RFI tracking, and contract document control
• Ensure projects adhere to approved scope, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate activities of technical teams, specialty consultants, and construction inspectors
• Administer selection of design professionals, consultants, and contractors
• Maintain critical project information in automated management systems
• Monitor financial performance and prepare cash flow projections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 12 years of progressively responsible experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects
• Public sector experience in Oregon (city, county, or government facilities) within the last 5 years
• Expertise in ORS and OAR compliance and Oregon public procurement practices
• Proven experience managing complex capital projects through full lifecycle
• Experience managing A/E consultant services and construction administration
• Ability to obtain CCM and DBIA certifications within 90 days
