Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee innovative tenant improvement and interior fit-out construction projects
• Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages
• Manage project finances, including client invoicing and budget monitoring
• Develop detailed project plans and manage the change control process
• Monitor performance management and ensure quality control compliance
• Prepare formal project budget progress and status reports
• Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems
• Identify opportunities to improve project management procedures and templates

Requirements

• Prior General Contractor (GC) experience required
• Experience with Tenant Improvement and Fitout for Commercial Real Estate projects
• Proven ability to manage demanding stakeholders and work stream managers
• Strong time management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to provide strategic advice during project conception stages

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in Construction Management or a related field
• PMP certification
• Membership in relevant professional organizations
• Experience managing commercial real estate construction projects
