Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance from design through closeout
• Manage estimating, scheduling, RFI tracking, and contract document control
• Ensure projects adhere to approved scope, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate activities of technical discipline team members, consultants, and inspectors
• Administer the selection process for design professionals, consultants, and contractors
• Maintain critical project information in automated management systems
• Partner with planners during scope development and cost estimation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 12 years of progressively responsible experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects
• Experience managing A/E consultant services and construction administration
• Proven ability in independent decision-making
• Thorough knowledge of design and construction management practices
• Proficiency in automated project management systems and office software
• Knowledge of national, state, and local codes and regulations
