Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee innovative tenant improvement and interior fit-out construction projects for a high-profile technology client
• Manage building infrastructure upgrade projects and coordinate general contractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within scope while minimizing disruption to occupied buildings
• Manage design and engineering teams and coordinate multidisciplinary project deliverables
• Handle financial management including client invoicing and project budget monitoring
• Manage the change control process and project information flow
• Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems

Requirements

• Prior General Contractor (GC) experience required
• Extensive experience in Tenant Improvement and Fitout for Commercial Real Estate projects
• Proven ability to manage demanding stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong project planning and financial management skills
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Elk Grove, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in Construction Management or a related field
• PMP certification
• Working knowledge of MEP systems
• Membership in relevant professional organizations
