Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slips
• Ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized across all projects
• Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure design standards are met
• Manage the interface between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
• Forecast and update key project milestones and manage the flow of project information
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders
• Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients to maximize new opportunities
• Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically supporting commercial or industrial construction
• Proficiency in Procore and other construction project management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, management, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad team
