Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for major mechanical construction projects, overseeing planning, execution, and client relations
• Drive project success by tracking progress and providing feedback to keep teams aligned and on schedule
• Manage change management processes, including reviewing design drawings and negotiating change orders
• Optimize workforce planning through strategic scheduling and personnel allocation
• Control project financials by monitoring labor and material expenses, managing job cost tracking, and preparing billings
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers to strengthen overall team capabilities

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience in the mechanical or construction industries
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Strong accountability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
