Responsibilities

• Drive project success by maintaining and tracking job progress
• Master change management by reviewing design drawings and negotiating change orders
• Optimize workforce planning through strategic scheduling and allocation
• Control costs and financials including labor, material expenses, and job cost tracking
• Lead and develop Project Engineers through mentorship and support
• Oversee all aspects of the project from planning and execution to client relations

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience in mechanical or construction industries
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
