Senior Construction Project Manager (Consultant)

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to developers and contractors, guiding them on planning and managing construction projects using Procore software.
• Lead construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Serve as a Lead Functional Implementer, leading end-to-end system implementations and advising clients on governance and reporting frameworks.
• Manage project cost control, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, providing professional reports and project updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Construction-related discipline preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in cost control and financial management of construction projects.
• Proven experience using ERP systems or project management platforms (Procore experience is a major plus).
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Ability to work across different time zones and manage geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Procore implementation and workflow design.
• Familiarity with GCC, North Africa, and US (ASTM, ACI, AISC) construction standards.
