Senior Construction Materials Testing Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing on large commercial and industrial construction sites
• Prepare daily inspection and test reports
• Review inspection and test data for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with training and mentoring of less experienced staff
• Work with engineers and clients to ensure specifications are being followed

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in construction observation or special inspections
• ICC Certifications, ACI Grade I, NICET Certifications, or Nuclear Gauge certifications (or a Bachelor's degree in engineering with EIT)
• Strong communication and plan reading skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in various terrain and weather conditions
