Senior Construction Manager Waterproofing and Cladding

Responsibilities

• Pilot the execution of waterproofing and cladding works ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety
• Supervise and coordinate internal and subcontractor work teams
• Manage site preparation including planning and human/material resources
• Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and arbitrate priorities
• Manage interfaces with other trades on complex construction sites
• Act as the primary contact for clients, project managers, and partners
• Oversee financial monitoring including budgets, costs, and margins
• Guarantee compliance with technical standards for waterproofing and cladding

Requirements

• Bac +3/5 or Engineering degree in Building or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in building envelopes (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades)
• Strong technical knowledge and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment on large-scale projects
