About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site inspections of construction projects including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical components
- Review shop drawings and material submittals to verify installations match contract documents
- Maintain inspection logs and daily reports for the COR
- Enforce safety compliance following OSHA, NFPA, and OHWB standards
- Support project commissioning and closeout including punch lists, O&M manuals, and as-builts
- Provide technical support to COR regarding change orders and constructability issues
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- Active Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
- BA/BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or construction science
- 10+ years of experience in Construction Management
- Thorough knowledge of construction inspection principles and facilities engineering technologies
- Expertise in QA/QC methodologies and applicable building codes
