Senior Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful handover of significant road infrastructure packages within the Qiddiya master plan
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee daily site operations, including earthworks, grading, paving, drainage, signage, and lighting
• Manage and supervise the performance of multiple contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and manage budgets to control costs effectively
• Implement and enforce rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs
• Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring strict adherence to all HSE policies and procedures
• Prepare detailed progress reports, financial summaries, and technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 15+ years of extensive experience in construction management with a focus on large-scale road and highway infrastructure
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role on mega-projects, specifically within the Middle East
• Deep technical knowledge of earthworks, asphalt/concrete paving, drainage systems, and associated civil works
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
• Expertise in managing complex project schedules using Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts or similar international contract forms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Arabic language skills
