Senior Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site field construction activities associated with the completion of large-scale projects
• Apply extensive knowledge of various disciplines, methods, and techniques for installation
• Oversee field administration, procurement, and field engineering
• Ensure compliance with all required contractual obligations and technical specifications
• Supervise construction activities and manage site-specific technical aspects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent work experience
• 15+ years of experience in field construction
• Experience with large civil, structural, or industrial projects
• Strong managerial capability and leadership skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to construction site locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale projects in both domestic and foreign locations
• Extensive knowledge of construction-related processes and industry practices
