Senior Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full construction lifecycle of luxury developments from mobilization to handover
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies
• Ensure flawless delivery of high-end finishes and bespoke luxury specifications
• Oversee day-to-day site operations with a focus on precision and craftsmanship
• Act as the primary liaison for high-profile clients, consultants, designers, and contractors
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams
• Manage project budgets and support resolution of contractual and commercial matters
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and foster a proactive safety culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 20+ years of progressive experience in construction project execution
• Minimum 8+ years in a senior managerial role overseeing large-scale projects
• Proven experience delivering luxury, high-end, or premium residential projects
• Strong track record of delivering projects in the UAE or GCC region
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Deep knowledge of UAE construction regulations and local authority requirements
