Senior Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full construction lifecycle of luxury developments, from mobilization to handover
• Oversee day-to-day site operations with a focus on precision, craftsmanship, and high-end finishes
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies
• Act as the primary liaison for high-profile clients, consultants, designers, and contractors
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE building codes
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and workmanship against luxury benchmarks
• Manage project budgets and review subcontractor performance
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and foster a proactive safety culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 20+ years of progressive experience in construction project execution
• Minimum 8+ years in a senior managerial role overseeing large-scale, complex projects
• Proven experience delivering luxury, high-end, or premium residential developments
• Strong track record of delivering projects within the UAE or GCC region
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE construction regulations and local authority requirements
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• PMP certification or equivalent advanced professional certifications
