Senior Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach and train team members in project management core functions
• Manage, monitor, and communicate project financial stewardship and fiscal well-being
• Proactively assess and identify risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Cultivate trusted partnerships with internal and external customers
• Ensure project scope aligns with contractual intent, codes, and requirements
• Build project schedules and oversee milestone execution
• Identify and task resources for successful project execution
• Facilitate proactive communication among all stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ESCO, Performance Contracting, General Contracting, or Owner Direct Construction
• Experience delivering projects within existing facilities
• Strong knowledge of building envelope, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building control systems
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, MS Project) and Procore
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
• Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP)
• NEBB Certification (Air & Hydronics, Building Commissioning, or Sound & Vibration)
• USGBC LEED Accredited Professional
