Senior Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability reviews during design milestones and provide feedback on materials, sequencing, and logistics
• Manage the full RFP process including bid package development, trade selection, and buyout recommendations
• Develop detailed site logistics plans, including provisions for 3D-printed construction technology mobilization
• Oversee field execution, managing schedule, cost, manpower, and trade performance
• Supervise Superintendents and lead field QA/QC and safety programs to ensure compliance with IBC and OSHA
• Manage project financials, including monthly pay applications, budget tracking, and change orders
• Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and the design team

Requirements

• 10+ years of field construction management experience
• Minimum 5 years on commercial or military projects
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• Experience leading RFP and bid processes
• Strong knowledge of IBC, local codes, and permitting processes
• Experience supervising field personnel and subcontractors
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Smartsheet, or P6
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites across the US

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 or EM-385-1 certification
• Experience with Type I, II, or III commercial construction
• Knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and UFGS
• Familiarity with 3D printing, prefabrication, or modular systems
• CCM or PMP designation
• Spanish language proficiency
