Senior Construction Estimator

Responsibilities

• Provide estimate and cost planning including producing and presenting final cost plans
• Perform accurate quantity surveys for all construction systems and materials
• Assist with detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and parametric benchmark cost data
• Provide reasoned cost advice and understand local market rates
• Undertake cost assurance of third-party estimates and report writing
• Manage procurement processes including pre-qualification, bid analysis, and contractual documents
• Participate in post-contract cost variances and change control processes
• Conduct project document constructability reviews and site visits
• Manage cost checks, valuations, and monthly cost reports for clients
• Identify opportunities for business development and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Building Construction
• Minimum 3 years of significant quantity survey and pricing experience
• Demonstrated experience as a lead estimator on large-scale, complex construction projects
• Experience with Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP elements
• Required US construction experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CostX, and Bluebeam
• Strong written and oral communication skills
