Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor construction sites focused on thermal renovation and rehabilitation
- Set up construction sites and control provisional budgets and administrative compliance
- Coordinate various project actors including suppliers and subcontractors
- Plan work and control the quality of work performed
- Ensure safety protocols are applied and respected on-site
- Represent the company to the client and manage technical and architectural syntheses
- Oversee project profitability
- Supervise junior site managers or tenant relations officers as needed
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in building or architecture
- Over seven years of experience in construction management
- Proven experience in rehabilitation and energy performance projects
- Experience managing sites in occupied environments
- Strong technical expertise in all-trades (TCE) construction
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and diplomacy skills
