Senior Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor construction sites focused on thermal renovation and rehabilitation
• Set up construction sites, controlling provisional budgets and administrative compliance
• Coordinate various project actors including suppliers and subcontractors
• Plan work and control the quality of completed tasks
• Ensure safety protocols are applied and respected on-site
• Represent the company to clients and manage technical and architectural syntheses
• Monitor project profitability

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Over seven years of experience in construction management
• Proven experience in rehabilitation and energy performance projects
• Experience working in occupied environments
• Strong technical expertise in TCE (All Trades) construction
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and diplomacy skills
