Senior Construction Director

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for construction delivery across multiple zones and packages within a mega-project program.
• Oversee the performance of PMCM consultants and Tier 1 contractors to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Drive integrated delivery across infrastructure, public realm, and complex architectural assets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing high-level coordination with government authorities and key stakeholders.
• Manage and direct PMCM consultants, providing guidance on technical sequencing, constructability, and risk management.
• Monitor program milestones and implement mitigation strategies to address delays or constraints.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary construction team while fostering a culture of accountability.
• Champion best-in-class HSE standards and drive quality assurance processes to deliver world-class assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20+ years of experience in construction delivery.
• Proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure, public realm, and high-profile architectural developments.
• Extensive experience managing PMCM consultants and Tier 1 contractors in a client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of international construction standards and contract forms, such as FIDIC.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Middle East giga-projects, specifically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, or PE.
