Senior Connectivity Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Airbnb’s key partners and act as the key representative for these partners
• Execute a win-win strategy that drives commercial value and positions Airbnb as a top strategic partner
• Develop strong relationships with executives and decision makers within the API partner portfolio
• Use data to identify strategic opportunities and launch pilots to drive sales growth
• Conduct regular business reviews, QBRs, and formal presentations
• Prospect, onboard, and optimize new API partners including technical integration and host growth
• Achieve quarterly goals, performance KPIs, and supply acquisition targets
• Develop a deep understanding of technical integrations across PMS, Channel Managers, and CRS
• Build close working relationships with internal stakeholders including Product, Tech Support, and Legal

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Key Accounts, Connectivity, or Technical Partner Management
• Experience in hospitality technology, OTA specifications, and API integrations preferred
• Proven track record in account management and growing successful partnerships
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, legal, and sales teams
• Fluency in both Korean and English (verbal and written)
• Solid operating experience in the APAC region
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence skills
