Senior Conference Producer

Responsibilities

• Produce high-level, relevant industry conference programmes for large-scale B2B events.
• Liaise with key professionals, institutions, and companies to develop programme content.
• Engage with and confirm expert speakers from around the world.
• Conduct market research to identify key opinion leaders and emerging industry topics.
• Collaborate with Exhibition Directors and sales teams to enhance the conference portfolio.
• Manage conference tracks, budgets, and speaker databases.
• Mentor other conference producers within the team.
• Provide onsite support and manage the order of show during live events.

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience in conference production, specifically within the tech or gaming sectors.
• Demonstrable experience managing conference tracks and budgets for large-scale events.
• Strong understanding of the KSA market, ideally with exposure to government entities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing new initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a research-based role.
• Sales experience, including creating and pitching proposals.
• Journalism skills, including professional copywriting and editing.
