Senior Conference Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global lead for all scientific conference and event strategy, including major industry conferences, regional field events, and webinars
• Own the entire event lifecycle from high-level strategic planning to day-of logistics, including vendor coordination, contract negotiation, and exhibitor management
• Define and evolve customer engagement strategies that align with commercial objectives and maximize brand visibility
• Lead the end-to-end development of conference creative assets, ensuring alignment across brand messaging and audience needs
• Partner with executive leadership, product marketing, and commercial teams to align event objectives with company KPIs
• Optimize lead capture processes and ensure seamless CRM integration for post-event nurturing
• Build scalable operational infrastructure, including repeatable playbooks, checklists, and SOPs for event execution
• Manage strategic relationships with industry associations and vendors to maximize ROI

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in conference management and creative development
• Proven experience working within the Biotech, Medical Device, or Pharma industries
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• Ability to travel up to 30%
