Senior Computer Vision Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end computer vision initiatives, from defining problem statements and dataset preparation to model deployment.
• Design and optimize algorithms for object detection, tracking, action recognition, and real-time analytics.
• Develop high-performance image and video processing pipelines using GPU-accelerated technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems with low latency.
• Mentor junior engineers through technical leadership and code reviews.
• Translate product requirements into technical implementations to deliver actionable insights.
• Implement best practices for model evaluation, versioning, and post-deployment monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in computer vision, deep learning, or video analytics with proven production deployments.
• Strong expertise with modern vision architectures such as YOLO, Faster/Mask R-CNN, or Vision Transformers.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with real-time video pipelines, streaming architectures, and edge AI (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson).
• Practical experience with industrial vision systems, including anomaly identification and production line monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and work within distributed team models.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
