About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute rigorous statistical and computational analyses by integrating diverse omics datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, single-cell sequencing)
- Develop, train, and deploy novel AI/machine learning models to predict biological outcomes
- Manage and scale computational workloads using cloud platforms and NVIDIA GPU-accelerated computing
- Prepare scientific manuscripts, contribute to IP filings, and present findings at conferences
- Document computational workflows and experimental results in ELN (e.g., Benchling)
- Mentor junior team members in computational analysis and scientific inquiry
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Deep expertise in high-throughput biological data analysis
- Experience applying machine learning and AI algorithms (gradient descent, Bayesian optimization)
- Exceptional fluency in Python
- Experience with workflow management systems and Git/GitHub
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with NVIDIA GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA, cuDNN, or NVIDIA Clara)
