Senior Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and update compliance policies and procedures for stablecoin-based payments infrastructure
• Prepare and execute compliance monitoring plans to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Act as a key liaison with regulators, auditors, and financial institutions
• Lead compliance workstreams for new product launches, partnerships, and market entries
• Conduct AML risk assessments and oversee client onboarding and due diligence processes
• Manage and escalate suspicious activity reports (SARs/STRs) to relevant authorities
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into operational requirements
• Foster a culture of accountability through employee training and awareness initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance
• At least 3 years of experience specifically within the crypto or digital asset space
• Deep expertise in AML, KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring frameworks
• Proven experience engaging with regulators and auditors at a senior level
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operationalize compliance within a fast-growing, fast-paced business environment
