Senior Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and update compliance policies and procedures for a new stablecoin-based payments infrastructure
• Serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), overseeing AML policies and risk assessments
• Develop and execute compliance monitoring plans to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators and auditors on compliance and AML matters
• Oversee client onboarding, due diligence processes, and suspicious activity reporting (SARs/STRs)
• Lead compliance workstreams for new product launches, partnerships, and market entries
• Conduct compliance training and foster a culture of accountability across the organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance
• At least 3 years of experience specifically within the crypto or digital asset space
• Deep expertise in AML, KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring frameworks
• Proven experience engaging with regulators, auditors, and senior financial institution stakeholders
• Ability to operationalize compliance within a fast-growing, fast-paced business environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
