Senior Compliance Investigator

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global investigations into potential violations of law, regulation, the Code of Ethics, and company policies.
• Manage the end-to-end investigation process, including intake reviews, triage, strategy, interviews, evidence review, and drafting detailed reports.
• Maintain confidential case management protocols and ensure all investigation records and outcomes are accurately updated in registry tools.
• Present investigative findings to management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Internal Audit functions to propose and implement corrective action plans.
• Support continuous process improvement through trend analysis and the development of investigative tools and templates.
• Lead training and awareness campaigns to promote a global "speak-up" culture.
• Mentor junior investigators and contribute to the professional development of the compliance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Law, Business, Ethics, Compliance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or similar roles with a proven track record of conducting investigations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high business and financial acumen.
• Ability to operate with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment in a cross-cultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specialized case management tools.
• Data analytics skills.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
