Senior Compliance Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the development, testing, and maintenance of technology solutions for global Compliance functions, including Surveillance, Monitoring, and Securities Trading.
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Assist in implementing agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Configure and maintain AI-enabled compliance workflows to reduce manual, low-value activities.
• Write and maintain SQL scripts, ETL processes, and shell scripts to support data management and reporting.
• Participate in quality assurance and testing for new technology deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and document processes.
• Track key performance indicators for compliance technology initiatives and support regular reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in technology, compliance, or operations, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools and a strong interest in applying technology to compliance.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of SQL, ETL concepts, or scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
