Senior Compensation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in the administration and delivery of compensation programs, including annual merit and bonus planning cycles.
• Support the maintenance of compensation and job-related data in SAP/SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analyses to support business objectives.
• Conduct market benchmark analyses to recommend job levels, pay ranges, and compensation actions.
• Manage compensation survey submissions and benchmarking tools to ensure data integrity.
• Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation matters and philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis and program delivery.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HR systems such as SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
• Ability to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
