Senior Compensation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual market competitiveness studies in coordination with authorized consultants to provide diagnostic recommendations.
• Perform internal equity analyses across organizational levels to ensure a fair and optimal work climate.
• Manage the annual salary increase process, including merit matrices, tool administration, and payroll retroactivity calculations.
• Develop economic proposals for managerial and executive positions to support talent attraction and retention.
• Administer Short-Term Variable Compensation processes, including monthly provisions, estimates, and payroll management.
• Maintain and document compensation policies and procedures for both unionized and non-unionized sectors to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Compensation roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Knowledge of salary surveys, market studies, and information analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Mercer WIN.
• Proficiency with SAP.
