Senior Compensation Professional

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and improve company-wide compensation programs, including base salary structures and job architecture
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking using data from providers like Radford and Mercer to ensure external competitiveness
• Manage annual merit, internal equity, and promotion pay programs
• Lead the development and implementation of short-term and long-term incentive programs and executive bonus frameworks
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to provide guidance on offers, internal movements, and data accuracy
• Develop compensation training and communications for business leaders and HR partners
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as FLSA, ERISA, and ACA
• Utilize analytics and dashboards to track KPIs and present findings to Executive Leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a similar field
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation design and ownership
• Deep knowledge of compensation design, job architecture, and leveling frameworks
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, with Workday experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large, complex datasets
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
