About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and improve company-wide compensation programs, including base salary structures and job architecture
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking using data from providers like Radford and Mercer to ensure external competitiveness
- Manage annual merit, internal equity, and promotion pay programs
- Lead the development and implementation of short-term and long-term incentive programs and executive bonus frameworks
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to provide guidance on offers, internal movements, and data accuracy
- Develop compensation training and communications for business leaders and HR partners
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as FLSA, ERISA, and ACA
- Utilize analytics and dashboards to track KPIs and present findings to Executive Leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a similar field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation design and ownership
- Deep knowledge of compensation design, job architecture, and leveling frameworks
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, with Workday experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large, complex datasets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
