Senior Compensation Partner

Responsibilities

• Design and manage compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, equity programs, and reward frameworks.
• Lead annual compensation cycles end-to-end, covering merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and equity awards.
• Partner with HRBPs, managers, and senior leaders to provide guidance and support effective pay decisions.
• Utilize compensation data, market intelligence, and AI-enabled tools to conduct analyses and model scenarios.
• Maintain and evolve job architecture, including leveling frameworks, career ladders, and salary structures.
• Support pay transparency, pay equity, and compliance while ensuring data integrity within Workday.
• Create reporting, resources, and communication materials to help leaders and employees understand compensation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Strong proficiency in Workday and advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, scenario modeling).
• Proven experience owning or contributing to job architecture and leveling frameworks.
• Experience using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) for data analysis, modeling, and synthesis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
