About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage bi-annual compensation cycles including merit, promotion, and bonus cycles
- Serve as a compensation advisor for offer decisions, promotions, and retention
- Partner with People Business Partners to build compensation literacy
- Maintain and optimize salary bands and job leveling frameworks
- Monitor and respond to compensation legislation changes
- Own Workday compensation data and assist with building compensation cycles
- Develop executive-ready Compensation Committee materials
- Lead participation in benchmark surveys and analyze market data
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in compensation management
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech companies
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing third-party vendors like Radford
- Experience in Workday (Core and Advanced Compensation)
- Deep knowledge of compensation legislation including FLSA and Fair Pay regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
