About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage bi-annual compensation cycles including merit, promotion, and bonus cycles
  • Serve as a compensation advisor for offer decisions, promotions, and retention
  • Partner with People Business Partners to build compensation literacy
  • Maintain and optimize salary bands and job leveling frameworks
  • Monitor and respond to compensation legislation changes
  • Own Workday compensation data and assist with building compensation cycles
  • Develop executive-ready Compensation Committee materials
  • Lead participation in benchmark surveys and analyze market data

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation management
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech companies
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing third-party vendors like Radford
  • Experience in Workday (Core and Advanced Compensation)
  • Deep knowledge of compensation legislation including FLSA and Fair Pay regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States
