About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary compensation advisor for designated business units, partnering with HRBPs, recruiters, and people leaders.
- Translate business strategy and workforce plans into actionable compensation recommendations to attract and retain top talent.
- Review and recommend competitive offers for new hires, internal transfers, and promotions, balancing market data and internal equity.
- Support the planning, calibration, and execution of annual merit, bonus, and equity review cycles.
- Maintain and evolve job architecture, leveling, and career frameworks in partnership with the Total Rewards team.
- Conduct market pricing using hi-tech survey data and identify internal equity or structural inconsistencies.
- Build analytical models and dashboards to provide leadership with insights on pay equity, attrition risk, and competitiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of compensation experience specifically within the hi-tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts, Science, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookups, pivots, and data modeling.
- Direct experience with Radford survey data and hi-tech market benchmarking.
- Proficiency with compensation platforms such as Workday or Compa.
- Strong command of compensation fundamentals, including salary structures, incentive design, and equity (RSUs, options).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear executive summaries.

- Active interest in applying AI tools to compensation workflows, including automation and data analysis.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
