Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, annual reviews, and incentive programs
• Oversee employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness, and leave policies
• Support manpower planning, headcount forecasting, and workforce budgeting
• Monitor manpower costs and employee-related expenditures against approved budgets
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics including headcount, attrition, and workforce costs
• Ensure HR practices and compensation programs comply with local labor regulations and governance
• Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners on regional initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Operations
• Strong understanding of compensation frameworks and salary benchmarking
• Experience in workforce planning, headcount management, and budgeting
• Familiarity with employment legislation and HR governance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
