Senior Compensation and Job Systems Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant and primary point of contact between local and corporate teams regarding job architecture
• Collaborate closely with Compensation, HR, and HRIS teams
• Influence discussions and decisions related to the evolution of jobs, roles, and career paths
• Design, implement, and document local job management processes
• Ensure the integrity of job data in HR systems in partnership with HRIS teams
• Manage the complete job lifecycle: creation, modification, archiving, and employee alignment
• Perform impact analyses related to pay equity, market trends, and organizational consistency
• Support managers and HR partners in applying job classification and evaluation practices
• Support governance and calibration mechanisms to ensure decision consistency

Requirements

• Solid expertise in job architecture and total compensation
• Demonstrated ability to transform strategic directions into pragmatic solutions
• Concrete experience with structured job evaluation methods
• Excellent analytical, conceptualization, and modeling skills
• Strong influential leadership and comfort in complex environments
• Recognized skills in communication, facilitation, and change management
• Rigor, autonomy, and a strong sense of ethics
